More Release Photos

They're free!

Releasing the butterflies....

Today we released our butterflies outside. It was such a beautiful day so we invited the rest of the school to come out and watch.
We also released a caterpillar that one of our 4 yr old friends brought in today.

More butterfly fun...

Here's a picture of all of our friends taking a peek at our butterflies.

We decided to name our class pets. Their names are...Twitchy, Overalls, Whiskers, Tootsie, and Sprinkles.

(Gotta love two year olds!)

Meet our new class pets...

This is two of our five butterflies that started out as caterpillars in our class. We will be releasing them on our playground at the end of this week. Be sure to ask your child about our butterflies!

Twos Teachers....

My photo
*Miss Courtney has been working at Harvest Preschool with the twos class for 4 years (1 year as an assistant, 3 years as lead teacher). She is originally from Alexander City, AL and has a sister, Andee, (and brother-in-law, David), and brother, Brady. When she's not a school, you'll most likely find her reading a book, watching a movie, listening to music, or hanging out with friends. ********************************** *This is Mrs Patricia's third year as a Twos teacher: one year as a full time substitute/assistant and this past year as the co-lead teacher. She has been married to Jud for 10 years and has a 7 year old son William who attended Harvest in the Twos class the year Harvest opened and continued in the 3s and 4s classes. She was roped in as a substitute teacher during William's time in the 4s class has hasn't been allowed to escape since. :)
