New Friends!
The Twos class is always the class that grows steadily throughout the school year. Even the month before the end of the year we are still adding new students. Dylan Weaver joined us at the end of last week and has quickly made friends. His family attends church at Harvest and his aunt is the new church secretary.

Special Thanks
I wanted to send a special "Thank You" to everyone who prayed for my family and offered (or sent) food or flowers following the loss of my mother-in-law. For those of you who haven't heard my mother-in-law had been fighting pancreatic Cancer for the past 18 months and ended her battle on Wednesday (April 4). Her service was on Monday. It comes as a reminder that life is short and you need to tell those you love how much they mean to you every opportunity you can.

Easter Brunch
I hope everyone had a great time at the egg hunt. It was nice that the rain held off so we could do it outside. I don't know how we could have fit all those eggs in the building!

Red Rover, Red Rover
We played a school wide game of Red Rover today after eating our green eggs and ham. I am pretty sure Mrs Emmy used a special recipe for her green eggs that called for a full cup of sugar, because after eating them the kids were WILD. I guess they liked their special snack. Or maybe we have just been cooped up inside for way too long with all this rain. It was beautiful outside and we had to go take advantage of the nice weather!
